There is a safe for your valuables. The master bedroom doors open onto a private terrace with a view of the Templo San Juan de Dios.

Garage with an automatic door opener, for a compact or midsize car is available at a minimum charge of $50/month. This is a shared garage with the owner and apartment tenant. The owner has paints and ladders in the garage and the apartment tenant has a couple suitcases.
