**Monthly: All utilities included. Tenant pays once a week housecleaning. There is a 500 peso cap on the electricity. due to the use of the electric heaters. Tenant pays anything over 500 pesos.
*Long Term is 6 months or more: WIFI/Cable, Sapasma water and Gas are included. Tenant pays weekly light housekeeping and CFE electricity.
Rent is converted into pesos on the 1st of the month and paid accordingly at the International exchange rate.
A $250 USD refundable security fee is required and will be refunded after all utilities are paid. $35USD will be taken out of that for cleaning.
